How a purchase works
Buy or sell
Title search, preliminary contract, deed and registration. We work with buyers and sellers from Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil, in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Four steps, no surprises
- 1
Preliminary contract
A preliminary agreement secures the deal for both parties and sets price and deadlines.
- 2
Title search
We review the last 30 years of documents and the legal and tax status of the property.
- 3
Deed
The final deed is signed: the price is paid, taxes are settled and possession is handed over.
- 4
Registration
We register the deed at the Property Registry and give you the certified copy.
